Our Mission
To encourage and sponsor a variety of musical, theatrical, dramatic, and other visual and performing arts programs, and generally for the advancement of cultural awareness and the arts within the City.
To request funds from Hermann Arts Council for a special event, please fill out the proposal form and return it to City Hall.
Proposal Guidelines:
1. Written grants must be presented before it will be considered by the Hermann Arts Council.
2. Seven (7) copies of the grant proposal must be submitted (a copy for each Council member).
3. The President of HAC will notify applicants of the decision regarding their grant proposal.
